The Card of the day for 10.15.2018 was The High Priestess reversed.

Eyes: reminds me of I dream of jeannie – the cartoon eyes on the bottle in the opening of the show. Oddly, upright the card: didn’t see this.

How strange. This is one of those cards that I’m having difficulty with and have resorted to looking it up this morning, and I wasn’t going to look it up just on principle. I was going to file it under “cards I couldn’t pick up on” and instead decided to look it up first. (High Priestess upright: listening to inner voice.)

These are thoughts I woke up with this morning.

Needing to work on meditation. In fact, I was thinking of starting back on diet and workout routine – in spite of the fact that Halloween is coming and I have every intention of stuffing my face with candy.

I would expand the workout time to include meditation time. I try to meditate at night and I’ll be successful – IF I don’t fall asleep. Most of the time I do fall asleep.

My intuition. I’m not really confident on my intuitive thoughts and have been wrong, so I don’t always trust it, and I don’t always listen to the inner voice.

I started losing confidence in my intuition a few years ago when I intuited the Casey Anthony trial wrong. So wrong. I was just sure she was going to jail for murder, I followed the case and the evidence. My boyfriend hit it right on the nose that time.

Letting go: I was thinking about this yesterday, and I forget now in what context, and this morning actually, but not in a let go let god/AA kind of way.

I was thinking about how I hate to have stuff on my hands – I’ve been like this since I was a baby – and wondered what happened to me in a past life to make me freaky about this in this life, and was this one of those things I need to “let go” of…

I was also thinking about needing to break some annoying little habits – habits that seem to have come out of nowhere for no apparent reason and make no sense but I won’t get started on the day until I do them. Weird stuff.

The High Priestess reversed is carrying over to today (10.16.)  This is something I love about the tarot cards. You just never know what they’re going to do, or how they’re going to apply themselves, lol.
